Originally from West Virginia, I have called North Carolina my home for over 24 years.  With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Concord University, my employment history had been managing successful businesses and multiple projects for the US Census.

After buying a home in Weaverville, and getting a sense of how challenging it could be, I had the desire to help others through the buying process.  I’ve worked with many clients from all over the world to find successful vacation homes and investment properties.

I enjoy spending my free time with my family, fishing, hiking, and attending my children’s sporting events.  I’m active with the North Buncombe Schools and a member of the Brookstone Church in Weaverville.  My family of five has been in NC since 1997 and lived in Asheville since 2006.  My family loves all that WNC has to offer!

After relocating with Monica to North Carolina from West Virginia over 26 years ago, Western North Carolina has been my home for over 16 years. I have a Bachelor’s degree in business management and spent 20 years in management with UPS.

I’ve worked with Keller Williams exclusively since leaving UPS and getting licensed to sell real estate. Married to Monica for 25 years, we share two daughters, one son, and myriad pets. I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, watching college football, and am an active member of Brookstone Church.

I love these beautiful mountains and want to help others find their home here. Whether it’s your first home, you’re upsizing, downsizing, or investing in a vacation home, my goal is to patiently help you find the property that suits all your needs and that you feel good about - regardless of the time it takes to find that home.

Native to Asheville, I grew up in Jonesboro, GA, and my family returned here in 2009.  I’ve spent 19 years in the food and beverage industry where I learned that customer service is my forte!

With real estate experience since 2020, I am known to my clients as a no-nonsense kind of girl.  One who puts them as a top priority and won’t let them purchase something they will regret.

I’ve been married to Matthew for five years with whom I have four children, one grandbaby and a sweet pup named Luca.  I have a passion for helping our homeless community and deeply desire to one day build a tiny home village for homeless citizens.

I am a North Carolina native and mother to a baby boy. I love getting outdoors as much as possible whether it be with my workout group, kickball team, or taking my son to the park!

I have been working in the service and sales industry for over 6 years, and I am dedicated to giving my clients and customers the best experience possible.

I am proud to be a Western North Carolina native! I was raised in Mars Hill in a
home my great-grandfather built, on family land that stretched for miles. My best memories as a child are roaming the hills, meadows, picking wildflowers, building forts, climbing trees, and splashing in the creeks. This home, this land...gave me peace, comfort, and safety. Surrounded by family and the magnificence of nature in Madison County, I found my imagination and sense of adventure.

At 16, I developed a keen interest in real estate and was licensed by 18. But, the
the world was calling. I set aside my real estate hat and left home to join Disney On Ice. I was blessed to travel the world; from Jamaica to Canada, Mexico, Australia, and all over the United States. I learned to figure skate and met my husband of 17 years. We returned to Asheville in 1998 to teach figure skating. Constantly searching for my niche, I enjoyed the Army, Law Enforcement, Auto Sales and Finance, and a 10-year evolution in health care.

As a single mom, I felt drawn back to Madison County. I wanted my children to
experience the magic that had shaped me. Monica found our dream home in Wolf Laurel! There is barely ever a day I am not eternally grateful for her services as my real estate agent. Her dedication in finding us the perfect home literally changed my life and the lives of my children. Now, they too have a center of peace and magic. My experience with Monica was so inspiring that I decided to restart my career. I am energized and ecstatic to now be in the position to help other families realize their dreams, whether it be a home, land, or investment property.

I look forward to meeting you and guiding you on your journey!

Originally from Oklahoma, I met and married my husband Tom in Atlanta in 1994. I have a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Texas and worked in environmental consulting for 20+ years.

Tom and I have a son and daughter, a son-in-law, a grandson, and a sweet geriatric basset hound named Clovis. We moved around in the south and southeast with Tom’s career before he retired in 2016. That’s when we hit the road in an RV for over 2 years of travel across this beautiful country of ours, meeting interesting, kind people everywhere!

We settled in Asheville in 2019 and I joined Monica’s team as an assistant in 2022. I enjoy travel, reading, hiking, and all things dog related.
